My background kind of reminds me of the classic Farmers TV commercial where J.K. Simmons says “we’ve seen almost everything so we know how to cover just about anything”...very effective because its true....we can all relate. In my 30+ year tenure, I have valued just about everything under the sun. I honed my analytical and report writing skills after 15 years as an owner operator appraising in-town and out-of-town to such an extent that I evolved into becoming a national appraiser as part of a small elite group in appraising some of the largest churches in the country. I was asked in part because of my extensive and diverse background in appraising virtually all of the main property types such as shopping centers - retail strip centers - retail stores - office and medical office buildings - all of the different types of industrial product ranging from manufacturing to warehouse to self-storage - convenience store/fuel storage operations - apartment buildings and complexes - restaurants (fast food and sit down) - triple net lease product - specialty properties such as car wash operations and marinas - and all types of vacant land from out-parcels to vast acreage tracts to name a few. Now.... my practice caters to essentially serving my private clientele - and using my skills and talents to look for the hidden gems out there for myself and others.
